1. Information We Collect
When registering a trainee, coach, or pool partner account, we collect necessary attributes:
- Identity Profile: Full legal name, email, phone number, date of birth, and profile picture.
- Transaction Ledgers: Escrow payment references, payment timestamps, and bank settlement hashes (we never store card CVV numbers).
- Aquatic Proficiency: Current swimming level, certification badges, and learning goals.

When you link your SwimPassport with Apple HealthKit or Garmin Connect, the platform encrypts and processes key performance metrics:

We exclusively process data to directly benefit our users:
- Match compatible coaches and lane capacities to your exact skill level.
- Validate attended sessions to trigger automated Escrow payouts.
- Audit social impact conversions in the Swim to Give charity campaigns.
- Deliver personalized stroke correction insights via Emily AI Assistant.
4. Security & AES-256 Encryption
All database tables in Supabase enforce strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring users only access their own authenticated telemetry.
5. Non-Disclosure & Third Parties
Swim360 never sells or rents your personal data to data brokers, ad networks, or commercial affiliates.
6. User Rights & Data Deletion
You retain the right to export your telemetry history or permanently delete your account and records at any time via Account Settings.
